Super disappointed with their complaints program. I filed a complaint almost a month ago and am still no closer to a resolution than I was when I filed it. Takes them 7 days to respond. Its absurd.

Customer service with BitPlay has always been great. Actually have two people that I would like to mention and that's Victor and Salva. Since bit play offers so many different bonuses I sometimes get confused and send in the wrong bonus information. Victor and Salva both took the time to find the bonuses for me and apply them. In both instances I forgot that they were fees involved with Bitcoin I'm still working on it and they were both nice enough to go back in reorder the links for me.
