I have been trying to withdraw since the 13th. The withdrawal has been rejected 5 times. Someone on live chat said it was because of withdrawal queues. They have emailed support and I'm still waiting. The latest withdrawal attempt is still pending. I have emailed support personally twice but no response.I'm beginning to think I have fallen prey of their scandalous activities.

W casino. Deposits and Withdraws exactly how they say they should. Be careful with deposit limits on crypto because they will lose your money if it is too little. Withdrawal process takes a bit of time and doesn't give you a look to the blockchain on timing which they should look into. Other than that pretty good!

I have playing with the site for a short time, and deposited about a dozen times. I ended up racking up 4K+ in winnings, all while following the directions and rules. When I decided to stop and cash out, I asked customer service how to, the fastest way, and if I was able to redeem. They said yes, and up until that point, great customer service. I log in a few hours later, and suddenly I cannot login because my it’s was unavailable in my region. I’m in Texas, where it is ok to play. I am fully verified to redeem as well. I’m waiting for the manager to reach back out to me to tell me how regain access. They had no issue with taking my money to purchase gold coins, but now there seems to be an issue with the legitimacy of the site and that it actually pays. Will update or re review after the manager gets in contact with met which was promised for today (11/24/25).
